Additionally, he is a Partner, Commercial Strategy at 3C Ventures, where he advises clients across media, marketing, advertising, technology, entertainment, and sports on delivering their next wave of commercial growth through GTM & Partnership Strategy, Commercial Development, Marketplace Visibility, and Network Access.
An AAF (American Advertising Federation) Advertising Hall of Achievement (AHOA) inductee in 2025, Schulweis brings operational experience and expertise to 3C Ventures, having led successful commercial teams as well as his own advisory firm, where he focused on GTM Strategy, Commercial Growth, and fractional/interim C-Suite leadership. He was also the Chief Commercial Officer of The Female Quotient, where he launched the company's media offering and exponentially grew revenue YoY. Prior, he was CRO of mindbodygreen and EVP, Brand Partnerships & Creative Studio at Morning Brew, where he grew company revenue and headcount over 20x and helped enable a successful sale of the company in late 2020 to Axel Springer/Insider. He also held senior roles at MediaLink, Live Nation, Thrillist, and Yahoo!.
